In these programs, we use the Healthy Mind Platter to create a sustainable schedule tailored to your specific needs. It’s a scientifically-tested framework developed by the NeuroLeadership Institute and they have identified seven areas of your life that should be balanced and prioritized in order to have optimal brain functioning.
Those areas include Social Needs (Connecting Time and Play Time), Physical Needs (Physical Time and Sleep Time), and Cognitive Needs (Down Time, Time In, and Focus Time). And you need to prioritize each of those seven areas in your life to make sure that you’re showing up as your best self in your business.
In addition to our biweekly sessions, you will also receive customized recommendations with additional resources to absorb and consider.
We will do a deep dive into:
What IS working in your schedule,
What IS NOT working in your schedule,
Where you would like your schedule to be, and
What insights, habits, skill sets, or perspectives will get you there.
These sessions can be via video or in-person.
